Nokia 5070 is the latest addition in the Nokia’s budget phone series. This phone is similar to the Nokia 6070. Not only by looks but also by every function this phone reminds me of Nokia 6070. There was only one difference that I found is the change in color. It seems as if Nokia is trying to sell the old wine in a colored old bottle. This TriBand GSM phone is a quite simple looking handset. You can’t find any of the special features in this phone, same as its twin brother Nokia 6070. This phone should at least have a Bluetooth to differ from the Nokia 6070. Ask me and I’ll tell you the most striking difference I found between these phones. Hold your pulse; you might faint to hear this difference. Nokia 6070 has a 3.2 MB memory and Nokia 5070 has 4 MB memory. Isn’t it a worth mentioning difference? But, I was helpless, I found this difference only. Jokes apart, but this is a phone, which is designed for those who want just a phone to answer and make calls. There is various features in this cell phone like polyphonic, MP3, MIDI ring tones HSCSD and EDGE. But, what disappoints me is the memory slot. You get all features but a 4 MB memory, looks like an utter wastage. If it had a card slot then it would be a perfect radio GSM on budget. This phone enjoys the legacy of Nokia and targets a market where user is concerned just to have a gadget that can help them to make and receive calls. If you desire to buy a simple and stylish handset in rainbow colors like blue or red then go for this handset. You get a good FM radio, Push to Talk, Video and Music player.
