Nokia N93i Mobile Phone

At first glance the Nokia N93i is a very strange looking phone, not your normal shape and rather bulky.  However, when you take a closer look at the handset you will see what it does, and the vast array of functionality beneath the unusual exterior.  This is actually a very useful phone with a style all of its own, which rather grows on you - something a little different to get you noticed! Nokia N93iThe handset itself is a flip style, with a large camera situated on the side which can support still photography, video clips and video calls - a market that is becoming more and more popular.  The handset itself has dimensions of 108 mm x 58 mm x 25 mm and weighs in at some 163 grams - which does not compare too favourably with the leading handsets of today, although this is more than made up for with the added services.  The 950 mAh battery offers 285 hours standby time, with a creditable 4 hours talk time. The Nokia N93i is a triband handset, offering access to all of the popular networks including, GSM 900, GSM 1800 and GSM 1900, together with connectivity options which include 3G, EDGE software, GPRS, WAP, Java, Bluetooth, Infrared, USB and WLAN - the lot! Using the network options and connectivity available, it should be possible to transfer data anywhere around the world, which will prove vital for the business market in particular. The phone runs under the top of the range Symbian Operating System which is proving very popular for the 3G generation of handsets.  The handset has two displays, with a smaller one on the front, and a much larger adjustable display in the inside.  The large screen itself is very flexible, and can be viewed at a number of different angles due to a flexible hinge type system.  The larger TFT screen measures 2.4 inches diagonally and offers 320 x 240 pixel resolution. While the Nokia N93i supports the popular SMS, MMS and email messaging formats, it is the TV output, and additional services which will catch the eye. With a feel similar to your PC, the Nokia N93i is PDF, PowerPoint, Excel and Word compatible and offers a series of video functionality including video uploading.  The Nokia N93i is most defiantly aimed at the top end of the market, and once you get over the initial surprise at the shape of the handset, it turns out to be very impressive - something a little different, and away from your standard candy bar and shellclam designs.
