The BenQ-Siemens SL80 mobile phone has a 256k color TFT screen with a inferior display resolution of only 132 x 176 pixels. The BenQ-Siemens SL80 mobile phone does not come with a memory card and has only 52mb of shared internal memory for your photos, videos, wallpapers and ringtones. It has a half decent 1.3 Megapixel camera with flash capable of taking still photos at 1280 x 960 pixels. The phone comes with a Mp3/AAC/Mpeg-4 player for playback.
