The BenQ P31 mobile phone is a Tri band GSM phone weighing about 150 grams and measuring 118 x 52 x 17 mm. The BenQ P31 mobile phone has a good 65k color TFT touch screen, so it’s a candy bar handset along with smart phone capabilities. The screen has a 208 x 320 pixel resolution display which is really good, and physically the screen looks big too. The BenQ P31 mobile phone has support for 64 channel polyphonic tones but on the downside you cannot keep mp3 tunes are your ringer tones.
The BenQ P31 mobile phone has a 1.3 mega pixel camera, Java MIDP 2.0, Mpeg-4 player along with a Mp3 player too.
