The Samsung X510 mobile phone is a Tri band GSM phone announced at the start of this month. The phone is a very light clamshell and looks impressive on the brochure. The Samsung X510 mobile phone weighs close to 75 grams and measures about 88 x 44 x 19 mm. The Samsung X510 mobile phone comes with a different kind of a screen which is a UFB 65k color with 128 x 160 pixel resolution. This isn’t a TFT screen, so you can’t accept the same quality but this certainly is better than CSTN displays.
The Samsung X510 mobile phone comes in a lot of colors like Gold, blue, black and red. It has a VGA resolution camera i.e., it can take photos at 640 x 480 pixels. The Samsung X510 mobile phone comes with GPRS at the top speed of 48 kbps. The Samsung X510 mobile phone also has a WAP / xHTML browser to support the data connectivity feature.
The Samsung X510 mobile phone has a battery life of about 4 hours talk time and close to 180 hours of standby which is pretty poor. Samsung need to do something soon about the battery in their phones as that is a big reason why it lags behind Nokia in sales.
