The Telit t250 mobile phone is a Tri-band GSM clamshell announced in the 2nd quarter of 2006. The phone is extremely light weighing only 76 grams. The Telit t250 mobile phone measures close to 96.5 x 49.5 x 15.4 mm.

The Telit t250 mobile phone comes with a 256k color TFT screen with a display resolution of 128 x 160 pixels. The external display of the clamshell is also a good 65k colors screen. The phone does not have a memory card slot and only has 7 mb of internal shared memory, but comes with a primitive VGA camera which can take still photos at 640 x 480 pixels. The other features offered in the phone are eZI text input which is similar to the T9 dictionary and Java MIDP 2.0. The phone also has GPRS for data networks. The downside here is that the phone does not come with a xHTML browser, so you can view only your WAP sites.There is no Bluetooth or Infrared for data transfer, but the Telit t250 mobile phone comes with a Usb port. You can store ringtones in the form of Midi, WAV, and AMR files.

The Telit t250 mobile phone is available in black only and the battery life is close to 4 horus talktime and 300+ hours of standby.
