The Sharp 705SH mobile phone is a UMTS and Tri-band GSM phone from Sharp announced in June 2006. The phone is a nice looking clamshell but isn’t as light as it looks. The phone weighs close to 110 grams and measures about 101 x 50 x 17 mm.

The Sharp 705SH mobile phone comes with a 256k color TFT display with a normal 240 x 320 pixel resolution. The design on the phone is good and is dual color. So the keypad and internal color is different from the flap color. There are various colors available like gold, black, silver and fancy pink too. The Sharp 705SH mobile phone has a microSD card slot for your data. The camera of the Sharp 705SH mobile phone is a nice one with 2 megapixel and ability to take still photos at 1600 x 1200 pixels. The phone also has data networks which it supports like GPRS and 3G capabilities. There is ofcourse Bluetooth, Infrared and an Usb port to add to these features. Probably the only downside is the absence of a HTML browser, so you can view WAP sites on this phone.

The Sharp 705SH mobile phone has a battery life of 4 hours talktime and 300+ hours of standby. On the whole the phone is pretty good looking with nice features.
