The i-mate K-JAM mobile phone is surely an eye-catching phone from i-mate with a QWERT keypad. The phone was announced late last year and is now available for a price of $650. It measures 108 x 58 x 23.7 mm and weighs close to 160 grams. The i-mate K-JAM mobile phone is a Quad-band GSM phone and works in all regions and networks.
The i-mate K-JAM mobile phone runs on a OMAP 850, 195Mhz processor which is comparable to the processor used in the i-mate JAM mobile phone. The i-mate K-JAM mobile phone has a 65k color screen with a display resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. The phone is powered with 64mb of RAM and 128mb of Read only memory. The i-mate K-JAM mobile phone comes with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g. It also has other data connectivity options like GPRS and EDGE. The phone works on the Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system, which is surely not one of my favorites and has it’s problems. The i-mate K-JAM mobile phone comes with a 1.3 megapixel camera capable of taking photos at 1280 x 960 pixels. The phone has the PocketIE version of the HTML browser which is quite impressive.
The battery life of the i-mate K-JAM mobile phone is about 5 hours of talktime and 200+ hours of standby.
