The Motorola V186 mobile phone is a Quad-band GSM phone released in early 2005. The phone is a medium sized clamshell and weighs approximately 92 grams and measures 86.5 x 44.5 x 25 mm. The Motorola V186 mobile phone comes with a 65k color CSTN display not a TFT one, so the quality of the screen isn’t great at all. The external display of the Motorola V186 mobile phone is a black and white screen with a resolution of 96 x 32 pixels, but it doesn’t really mater. The maximum you can do with the external display is know who is calling and then either to reject or accept the calls using the side buttons provided.  There is obviously no photo calling feature in the phone.

The Motorola V186 mobile phone does not come with a memory card slot and has only 1.5 mb of shared internal memory. The big disappointment in the phone at first view is that there is no camera. You can although enjoy high speed internet with EDGE and GPRS capabilities of the phone. The Motorola V186 mobile phone comes with a WAP 2.0 / xHTML browser too.

The Motorola V186 mobile phone battery lasts for about 4 hours talk time and close to 300 hours of standby.
